12in4 Challenge 2022

What is the 12IN4 Challenge?

The “12IN4” is the first of its kind. I have connected a well-known selection of 12 mountains in Snowdonia, with a total elevation of MT Everest (8,848.86 metres) from sea level. Where the everyday hikers and mountaineers may tick them off their list over the course of a few months or years. With nothing left in the tank due to sleep deprivation, fatigue and minimal nutrition, I successfully made the 12th summit in 4 days.

“The 12IN4 challenge was designed to test my abilities and push boundaries mental and physically in the pursuit of climbing Mount Everest”.

What I anticipate for the distance on foot and the elevation i would be traveling, It was much more than what was on paper.

Team work

Traveling through gruelling weather conditions with 75mph winds and heavy rain and sleet. It took a tremendous amount of energy navigating through traitorous terrain. The commitment of the support team and sheer determination was astonishing”.

“Travelling via foot I reached 86.69 kilometres feeling every set to my core and ascending, traversing and scaling a total of 7,295 meters ( 21,087 feet). Guiding the team and carrying heavy equipment and making sure that safety was key for everyone”.

“After our final assent on Snowdon which felt as if it was never going to end but when it did, that mission officially was complete. the teams celebration started”.

“This mission was more than just climbing mountains, it was about bringing a team together for the experience of the outdoor diversity and empowerment”.

“This is proof of what what I could achieve with minimal support. Imagine what I could do with financial backing”.
